HCG’s founder, Samantha Hatch (she/her), has over a decade of talent management, leadership effectiveness , & HR experience that spans world class organizations in the biotech, aerospace, and healthcare industries.
Samantha received her Master’s & Bachelor’s Degrees in I/O Psychology from The Chicago School and DePaul University, respectively. Samantha also has a certificate in DEI for HR from Cornell University.
Outside of the office Samantha loves to travel and hang with her two rescue cats.
